The above is a three span Bowstring bridge south of the town
of Hale, Iowa in Jones County. It was built in 1887 by the King Iron Bridge
Company and is one of the last
remaining bridges of this architecture existing today.
Bridge the Gap is associated with Generation Gap Incorporated with a focus on
historic preservation and restoration.
We are involved in many projects in and around the Jones County Iowa.
